Additional hints:
1. Never catch but always call a taxi. You find taxi numbers written on side and top of taxis. Paying is possible mostly only in local currency and only cash.
Reason: When calling a taxi, call is registered and arriving driver is related to a company, what means safety. Further, called taxi costs less.
Prices: 15-30 Eur for airport transfer (independent on number of passengers or luggages)
2. Changing money in city center at small "change shops" means saving on exchange but still safe, because that shops are agents of local banks.
